Orthotics

An orthotic is a brace or splint that is designed to support, align, and correct the function of moveable parts of the body. At Walking on Air Podiatry, we prescribe foot orthotics, which are inserts that can be worn inside your shoes. The main purpose of orthotics is to adjust the position of your feet to not only optimize foot function, but also to improve body posture and reduce symptoms of knee, hip or low back pain.
